Working Student HR Service Center
As Working Student HR Service Center (m/f/d) you are part of the founding team to shape our Solution Center Europe (SCE), empowered to dive into new structures and aspired to take us to the next level.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR leader of the SCE in day-to-day
operations
• Interact with the wider project team supporting the ramp-
up of the SCE with administrative tasks
• Support in the organization and coordination of workshops
/ trainings
• Assistance with various initiatives such as onboarding of
future employees or recruiting
• Independent processing of task packages in the area of
​​analysis, research and conception

Your profile:

• Currently occupied in studies of business administration or
comparable degree, preferable with a major in HR
Management
• Strong English and active German language skills
(ideally Hungarian skills as well)
• Empathic communication skills in combination with a
structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic
approach
• Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
• Experience in the use of a personnel management system
desirable
• Motivated to take initiative and to drive continuous
improvement
